Meals at camp include freshly baked breads and desserts. There is generally enough variety to satisfy vegetarians and folks on a dairy free diet.
Meals are served family style. Each table of 8 campers and 2 adults will send one person to the kitchen to pick up large trays or bowls of food which are passed around the table for all. If the food runs short, another walk to the kitchen will re-fill it. There is no limit on how much food each person may enjoy but staff will enforce moderation if a camper gets carried away and looks to become sick. If you or your child needs special meals contact the camp director in advance so the cooks have time to prepare. 503-472-8352 or e-mail director@HomeschoolScienceCamp.com
