Directions to Camp Adams 

Address letters to:

  • 18499 S Hwy 211
  • Molalla OR 97038 

 From Bend/Central Oregon-

  • Take Hwy 28 over Mt Hood to Sandy. Change to Hwy 211 "Molalla/Estacada".
  • Pass through Estacada heading for "Molalla/Colton"
  • Camp is 3 miles past Colton on the right- 18499 S Hwy 211.
    Figure 1 hour drive from Government Camp on Mt Hood.

From Salem, Eugene and points south

  • Take I-5 to the Woodburn exit 271 and turn east (right). This is Highway 214.
  • Stay on 214 through Woodburn; it becomes Highway 211 as it crosses 99E by a Safeway store.
  • Follow 211 past Molalla 3 miles to the 4 way stop where the highway curves to the right.
  • Follow on 211 about 3 miles to Camp Adams which is located between mile markers 18 and 19, on the left side of the highway.

From Seattle, Vancouver WA and other towns in the North

  • Take I-5 to I-205.
  • Take exit 10 off I-205, follow signs for Molalla/Highway 213.
  • Continue south 8 miles. About 1 mile past Mulino turn left on the Union Mills road turnoff.
  • Signs will say "Colton".
  • Continue 4 miles to the 4-way stop.
  • Go straight through the intersection [you are now on Highway 211] and drive about 3 miles to Camp Adams, located on the left side of the highway.
  • The camp is located between mile markers 18 and 19.  Left side of the highway.
  • Figure 1 hour from the Portland airport (where I-205 enters Oregon).

From Pendleton and other areas on I-84 in the East

  • Take I-84 going West to the I-205 south exit.
  • Take exit 10 "Molalla" off I-205 and follow Highway 213.
  • Continue south on Hwy 213. About 1 mile past the town of Mulino turn left on Union Mills road. Signs say "Colton".
  • Continue 4 miles to the 4-way stop.
  • Go straight through the intersection [you are now on Highway 211] and drive about 3 miles to Camp Adams, located on the left side of the highway.
  • The camp is located between mile markers 18 and 19.
  • Figure 1 hour from the Portland airport (where I-84 meets I-205).
